When will my order be shipped?
All products are subject to careful quality control before shipment.
Then your order is shipped after passing the quality control.
Products that do not pass quality control (because they have defects) will not be shipped (the refund of the sums paid will be made as soon as possible).
No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
When will my STANDARD shipping order be delivered?
In Italy, standard shipping is expected within 2/3 business days from dispatch.
For the Italian smaller islands, delivery is expected within 5/6 business days.
For Spain, delivery is expected within 5/6 business days.
No shipments or deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
How much does STANDARD shipping cost (2/3 working days)?
Standard shipping costs €4.99 for Italy and Spain. FREE for orders over €59 (fifty-nine euros).

Can I pick up my order at the store?
Yes, you can pick up your order directly from our stores. Pick-up is only possible during opening hours.

Do you also ship to the rest of the world?
Of course! We ship worldwide. Shipping costs €29.99. Should there be any additional costs, we will inform you before shipping.
