Do you want to exchange the size or item you purchased?
If you don't like the item you purchased or if the size doesn't fit you, you can request a FREE EXCHANGE WITHOUT ADDITIONAL COSTS WITHIN 30 DAYS OF DELIVERY with:
• Any other item of equal or greater value
• Same item but different size
• Same item but different color
Note: This service can only be used once (for one exchange). Further exchanges are charged to the customer at a cost of €7.99 + €1.50 for each additional product.
For shipments outside of Italy, this service is not available.
Do you want to return the purchased product and receive a refund?
You can return the purchased product within 14 days from the delivery date.
Customers purchasing with a VAT number cannot exercise the right of withdrawal.
Return Policy:
1) The goods must be intact, unworn and returned in their original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessories);
2) To limit damage to the original packaging, we recommend placing it in a second box (avoid placing labels or tape directly on the original product packaging);
3) The shipment, until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse, will be under the complete responsibility of the customer;
4) Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility; you can request collection from your address using our courier for €7.99 , which will be deducted from your refund. An additional €1.50 will be added for each additional item.
5) The return must take place within 14 days from the date on which you communicated your decision to return the purchased products.
If you use our courier:
1) Contact Customer Service to arrange collection and receive the return label;
2) Print the return label and place it on the package;
3) Close the box tightly with wide adhesive tape to prevent openings or damage;
4) The courier collects the package from your address;
5) You will receive your refund after the goods have arrived at our warehouses and we have verified their integrity.
NB: €7.99 will be deducted from the refund for the home collection service + €1.50 for each additional item returned

Note: We assume no responsibility for damage or theft/loss of goods returned via uninsured shipments. Packages sent with cash on delivery or freight collect will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Do you want to return/exchange the product by taking it to the store?
You can return an online purchase by bringing it to the store at no cost to you. Our staff will verify the integrity of the product and packaging and ensure it falls within the refund (14 days) or exchange (30 days) timeframe.

When will I receive my refund?
If you have made a return with a refund: It will be processed within 7 working days from the moment we receive your return in our warehouses. After verifying the integrity of the goods, we will issue a refund for the amount paid for the purchase.
Any additional services (Cash on Delivery and Express Shipping) selected at the time of purchase will be deducted from the amount.
If you used our courier for the "return with refund" service, you will be deducted from €7.99 + €1.50 for each additional item returned.
If you canceled your order before shipping: Your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
Where will I receive my refund?
You will receive your refund via the same payment method you used.
NB: If the payment method chosen during the order phase is cash on delivery, the refund will be made via bank transfer.
